No, I didn't spell "nanny" wrong! I've been a professional nanny for the same family for the past twelve years, and my last name just happens to be "Nanney". Wild, I know. When I began working for this crew the headcount was six kiddos, today that number has grown to eight. I lovingly refer to where I work as "Nanny Island" and the kiddos as "natives" (or "monsters" depending on the day and the mood of the aforementioned kiddos!).
This blog is the random musings and day to day adventures of a professional nanny who loves her job and the precious pains in the rear she's been entrusted to watch over. The three youngest natives are home schooled, and provide the majority of the inspiration and fodder for the material you'll find here.
